SHOULD THE TENANT HAVE MOVED THE DIFFUSERS TO SUIT THEIR FIT-OUT THIS MUST BE REPOSITIONED AS PER AN EMPTY SPACE.
IN A SINGLE TENANT OCCUPANCY ONE ASSUMES THAT THE HVAC HAS BEEN SERVICED AND MAINTAINED.
ORIGINAL BATHROOMS AND WATERPOINTS TO BE IN PLACE.
ORIGINAL STATE OF THE FIRE SUPPRESSION MUST BE IN POSITION.
